Deadlines for submission of documents prior to the General Meeting

  1. Curriculum submissions no less than 12 months prior to GM.
  2. Submissions for the David Lamb Memorial Award, no less than 6 months prior to GM.
  3. Submission of conference bids, no less than 6 months prior to GM.
  4. Motions from MOs should be submitted no less than 4 months prior to GM.
  5. Draft budget (specifically in relation to increasing subscription fees) no less than 4 months prior to GM.
