IMPORTANT DATESConference Bid Dates:We are delighted to advise that Australia, Spain and the United Kingdom submitted their intention to bid by the due date of 1st October 2011.The 1st April 2012 is the date we will disseminate the bids to MO delegates. Once bids are received MOs will be able to scrutinise and evaluate the application prior to voting. The deadline for voting will be by 1st July 2012, and two weeks later on 15th July the results will be notified to the MO delegates. Executive Committee Nominations: Nominations will be received in writing from Member Organisations up to 3rd July 2012. David Lamb and Geoff Maitland Award Nominations: The nomination and supporting documents must be submitted electronically to the IFOMPT office at least 6 months prior to the next IFOMPT General Meeting, so the due date is by 3rd April 2012. IFOMPT Teachers Meeting: Hilton Hotel, Québec City, Saturday 29th September 2012, 0900 - 1600 hours, time to be confirmed. There will be a fee of $70.00 for each person attending to cover the cost of venue hire, catering and audio-visual requirements. Closed Member Organisation Meeting Sunday 30th September 2012, 1300 - 1600 hours, time to be confirmed. This meeting is for MO delegates and one observer from each MO only. Member Organisation Delegate Meeting: As per the request in Rotterdam, IFOMPT Executive have scheduled a meeting for the MO delegates to meet on Monday 1st October from 1700 - 1900 hours (time to be confirmed). One of the MO delegates will chair this meeting. 2013 Strategic Planning & Teachers Meeting:
We are pleased to announce that this meeting will be hosted by AAOMPT, USA MO, and will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio from 16th - 20th October, 2013 in conjunction with the annual AAOMPT meeting. |
